Why aren’t all of my reviews being recommended?
Yelp uses automated software to determine which reviews to recommend. The goal is to recommend the most useful and reliable reviews from the Yelp community based on data we collect and analyze about each review. There are a number of reasons why a review might not be recommended. For example, the review may look like a fake, or have been written by someone connected with the business. In some cases, a review isn’t recommended simply because there isn’t enough information to recommend it even though it may have been written by a real customer. The Customer Support team cannot manually override the recommendation software to recommend or not recommend a review. In all cases, Yelp adheres to our Content Guidelines and Terms of Service.
