Claiming your first business page
It may have already been claimed by someone else
The business page may be recently submitted and pending approval
If you aren't able to claim your business on Yelp using phone verification, you'll receive a prompt to submit a report to our Support team, which will include information about your business and the time of the attempt that they can use to assist you.
Please note that a claimed business page may be updated to show as being unclaimed after a period of inactivity by the business owner.
Claiming another location
Go to the Account Settings page
Go to the Additional Options section and click Add another location
