How do I change the emails and notifications I receive for my business?

To change the email notification settings from the Yelp for Business site
Go to the Language & Notifications page of your business account
Check or uncheck the boxes to select which notifications you'd like to receive
Choose an email language from the dropdown menu
Click Save Settings
To change the notifications you receive from the Yelp for Business app (iPhone)
Tap More
Scroll down and tap Notification Settings
If notifications are enabled, you can toggle the switches ON/OFF
If push notifications from the app are disabled in your phone's settings and you would like to receive them, tap Open Settings
Tap Notifications
Tap Allow Notifications and select which ones you'd like to receive
To change the notifications you receive from the Yelp for Business app (Android)
Tap Notifications in the sidebar Menu
If notifications are enabled, you can toggle the switches ON/OFF
Troubleshooting suggestions if emails from Yelp are not reaching your inbox
Search all folders (including Spam and Trash) for emails from no-reply@yelp.com. If you’re using a Gmail address, check your Priority Inbox settings and Inbox tabs.
Confirm that the email address you’re checking is the one you use for your Yelp Business Account on Yelp for Business and that there aren't any typos. You can check your email address in the Account Settings section.
Add no-reply@yelp.com to your contacts or safe sender list.
Check for typos after you’ve entered your email address in your Yelp Business Account Settings.
Check your email forwarding settings.
Check to see if your inbox is full and clear out any emails to free up space.
