How do I change the emails and notifications I receive for my business?

        Business owner instructions for:

        To change the email notification settings from the Yelp for Business site

        1. Go to the Language & Notifications page of your business account

        2. Check or uncheck the boxes to select which notifications you'd like to receive

        3. Choose an email language from the dropdown menu

        4. Click Save Settings

        Please note you can’t change your email notifications from the Yelp for Business app. 
         

        To change the notifications you receive from the Yelp for Business app (iPhone/iPad)

        Note: If you have access to multiple business pages, you’ll need to follow the steps below for each business page location. 
        1. Tap More

        2. Scroll down and tap Notification Settings

        3. If notifications are enabled, you can toggle the switches ON/OFF

        If push notifications from the app are disabled in your phone's settings and you would like to enable them:
        1. Open your iPhone/iPad's Settings app

        2. Tap Notifications

        3. Find and tap Yelp Biz app

        4. Tap Allow Notifications to toggle ON and select which ones you'd like to receive

        To change the notifications you receive from the Yelp for Business app (Android)

        Note: If you have access to multiple business pages, you’ll need to follow the steps below for each business page location. 
        1. Tap More

        2. Scroll down and tap Notification Settings in the sidebar

        3. If notifications are enabled, you can toggle the switches ON/OFF

        If push notifications from the app are disabled in your phone's settings and you’d like to enable them, tap Open Settings or follow the instructions below to enable from your phone’s settings:
        1. Tap your phone's Settings app

        2. Tap Apps

        3. Find and tap Yelp Biz app

        4. Tap Notifications

        5. Tap All Yelp Biz notifications to toggle ON and select which ones you'd like to receive

        Troubleshooting suggestions if emails from Yelp are not reaching your inbox

        • Search all folders (including Spam and Trash) for emails from no-reply@yelp.com. If you’re using a Gmail address, check your Priority Inbox settings and Inbox tabs.

        • Confirm that the email address you’re checking is the one you use for your Yelp Business Account on Yelp for Business and that there aren't any typos. You can check your email address in the Account Settings section.

        • Add no-reply@yelp.com to your contacts or safe sender list.

        • Check for typos after you’ve entered your email address in your Yelp Business Account Settings.

        • Check your email forwarding settings.

        • Check to see if your inbox is full and clear out any emails to free up space.

        If the above steps are unsuccessful, you may want to try adding a new email address to your account.
